Shipping & Return Policy

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the following states: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, RI, SC, TX, WI, WY.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders ship the day after they're placed. For most states, orders will arrive in 2-5 business days from when they're shipped. Please note that due to ongoing COVID-19 disruptions, some orders may take longer to arrive. 

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes! You must be present to sign for it with a valid ID showing that you're 21+. Unfortunately, we won't be able to leave it on your doorstep.

What's your return/refund policy?

For Lunar to be compliant with beer and alcohol regulations, your order is processed and fulfilled by a licensed beer retailer. This means the retailer decides whether to accept a return / issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product. We're happy to work with the retailer to discuss any issues you may have; please contact us with any questions at hi@drinklunar.com.
