This vibrant cocktail features gin, yuzu juice, and peach juice to create a floral, juicy and aromatic drink. One of our staff favorites!

Ingredients
1.5oz gin
0.5oz peach juice
0.25oz yuzu juice
0.25oz fresh squeezed lime juice
spoonful of honey
3-4 peach slices
Lunar Yuzu Hard Seltzer
Garnish: peach slice, lemon twirl, mint sprig

Instructions
In a shaker, muddle peach slices with honey. Add all but seltzer and shake with ice until chilled. Fine strain and pour into a glass with fresh ice, top with Lunar Yuzu Hard Seltzer, garnish, and serve.
